How it works

  • Open the group manager by clicking on Settings in the backend.



  • Here you will see all groups which we manage in our system.


  • Click Add New (top left) to create a new group. A new window will open in which you can enter the name of the group. Please note the following important rule

    • You cannot use the minus sign in the name: ABC-Something.
    • This would have to be written as one: ABCSomething.

  • Below a further overview concerning the setting which can be defined using the group manager:
    • Group Template can be skipped by REAL users because it defines which template ought to be used for the group. This is defined separately later on in WordPress.
    • Using Copy you can copy entire groups with all their settings and pages. Depending on the size of the website this can take between 3 and 5 minutes.
    • Using Delete you can delete groups which have become obsolete.
    • By clicking on Open (far right) to review groups in the (jb) frontend.

  • Using the select field (left) you define which group is to be edited in the backend.
